GE SR489 – P5 – LO – A20 is a generator management relay, and the following are its detailed parameters:
  • Relay Parameters: It has a 5A phase CT secondary. The LO control power is 20 – 60 VDC, and it is 48 – 62 VAC at 20 – 48 Hz. The analog output is 4 – 20 mA.
  • Electrical Parameters: It can operate at 25, 50, or 60 Hz. The frequency parameter range is 0.00 – 90.00 Hz. The neutral voltage (the third one) parameter range is 0 – 25000 V. The power factor parameter range is 0.01 – 1.00 leading/lagging. The reactive power (Mvar) parameter range is -2.00 – 2.00 times the rated voltage.
  • Communication and Interface: The rear panel includes 12 RTD inputs, 6 output relays, 2 RS485 communication ports, and 4 VT inputs. The communication ports can use the Modbus RTU or DNP 3.0 protocol (or both), with a maximum speed of 19200 bps. In addition, the rear panel also includes 4 isolated 4 – 20 mA analog inputs and outputs, as well as 7 assignable digital inputs.
  • Display and Panel: It has a 40-character display screen, allowing users to view value messages, diagnostics, and setpoints. The front panel includes multiple status LEDs, input buttons, a numeric keypad, input ports, and an LCD screen for reading device location information.
