The system inherits decades of valuable experience in the field of rotating machinery protection from Philips and is widely used in turbine speed monitoring in power plants across the country.

Second, system composition

Eddy current sensor PR6423/002-030: As the core component of speed measurement, it uses the principle of eddy current effect to detect speed by measuring the change in distance from the metal object to be measured.
CON021: In combination with the eddy current sensor, an oscillator system is formed to receive and process the signal from the sensor, providing a stable output signal for speed monitoring.
Third, the working principle

The eddy current sensor forms an oscillator with the preprocessor, and the amplitude is attenuated as the sensor probe approaches the metal subject. The magnitude of the attenuation is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the measured object, thus reflecting the change in speed. Before leaving the factory, the system has been linearly calibrated with the calibration material 42CrMo4, so no further calibration is required during installation.
