Product Overview:
EPRO A6220 Eccentric module is an eccentric module manufactured by EPRO (formerly Airpax), which is widely used for eddy current probe measurement in industrial field, especially for shaft vibration of rotating machinery and vibration of bearing shell or cover.
Technical features:
Measurement principle: Non-contact measurement via the eddy current probe of the Philips module, suitable for rotating machinery up to 3000 RPM.
Quality standard: When measuring shaft vibration, its quality standard can reach 16.5 wires (each factory has slightly different requirements).
Probe installation: When measuring the radial vibration of the shaft, the probe installation position should be as close to the bearing as possible to reduce the measurement deviation due to the deflection of the shaft.
Application field:
EPRO A6220 Eccentric module is commonly used in monitoring system of various power plants, which can be used together with other sensors and preservers to form a complete turbo-mechanical protection system.
System compatibility:
The module can connect and communicate with analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, power plant/main computers, and networks such as WAN/LAN networks, Ethernet.

Through the portable computer (connected to the RS232 port on the front panel of the module), the operation mode of the module can be configured or adjusted, and the measurement value and the data of the last startup or shutdown can be read and displayed.

Frequency range: Automatic low-pass tracking, 0.017… 70 Hz (1.02… 4200 rpm). When f > 70Hz, the time control sampling mode is automatically adopted.

400… 8000 mVpp, can be continuously adjusted by configuration software.
