The 1900/65A module is a universal device monitor used to monitor and protect devices used in various applications and industries. The low cost of this monitor makes it an ideal solution for general-purpose machines and processes that can benefit from continuous monitoring and protection.
The 1900/65A module provides four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs. The software can configure each sensor input to support 2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers, speed sensors, or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports E, J, K, and T type thermocouples as well as 2-wire or 3-wire RTDs.
The 1900/65A module is a lower cost continuous online protection system compared to traditional framework systems. It adopts a successfully applied and reliable circuit design, which is the same as the circuit design in the 3500 and 3300 monitoring systems. 8-channel monitor, providing more inputs and types than other 1900 series monitors. Through small and flexible installation options and configuration software, it is easy to install and configure.
The 1900/65A module can be applied separately or in conjunction with optional display devices to indicate all channels and variables locally. The display device can be installed directly on the monitor or separately, connected to the monitor through a single cable, with a maximum distance of 250 feet from the monitor. Especially suitable for independent applications, sliding installation applications, and assembly machinery applications. Can be designed for assembly into low-cost OEM equipment sets.
